Thinking of a tolerance break

It’s strange because I haven’t increased my usage at all. If anything, I’ve been taking less, which makes it hard to figure out whether I’m dealing with tolerance or just under-treating the pain.

Night Terrors: 2 – Sleep: 0

They literally had me sedated on morphine for over a year, but suddenly tramadol is some big moral issue? Make it make sense. I’m so tired of being treated like I’m asking for a spaceship to Mars.
