Android AppMoody is a calm, thoughtful app for tracking mood alongside the things that shape it, like pain, sleep, stress, energy, flare-ups, and sensory or social context. It helps you log what’s going on, what you try to help yourself, and whether it actually made a difference. Designed to feel respectful rather than patronizing, Moody is private, practical, and local-first. It’s built for quick check-ins when capacity is low, but gives you enough depth to spot patterns and learn what tends to help on difficult days.
