It’s been a while since this incident occurred and it feels finally good to make the footage public for people to see as I’ve had a hell of a lot go on in the meantime, not to mention my poor health.
In this footage you will see the aftermath of an assault by Daniel Gabriel DOLAN. For those of you who are not aware, I suffer with chronic pain stemming from myofacial pain syndrome and Functional Neurological Disorder. I’ve also been told I have fibromyalgia by David Wynick, however I disputed this due to the fact he made his diagnosis purely based of the fact that I had suffered from sexual abuse whilst in the foster care system. I am more of the understanding that I probably have a connective tissue disorder which is more in line with the pain I suffer with as I don’t deal with any type of neuropathic pain, only muscular pain, hence the drugs you’ll see that I use on my medication chart.
These conditions can make at time mobility extremely difficult, to the point where I can struggle to stand, have falls, and often have tremors, jolts and shakes due to the FND I suffer with.
When I was dropped off at the BRI by ambulance, as soon as Daniel Gabriel DOLAN saw me on the ward he demanded that I leave at once before even listening to why it was that I was there. Surprisingly, ambulances don’t take patients to hospital for no reason and I was suffering from a flare up from the conditions that I suffer with. When I was told I was being forced to leave minutes after arriving, I told Daniel Gabriel DOLAN that I would leave but would need some assistance as I could barely get myself into the ambulance and required assistance at the time. He told me I would be able to use his arm, which I was hesitant to do as this doctor has a servire dislike for me and didn’t really trust it, my instincts proved correct. I held onto his arm for no more than a few seconds and after wards he not only let me go on purpose but pushed me to the floor. You can clearly see from the video I am holding my head and face after the incident just occurred because of what Daniel had just done. The footage you see afterwards is security attending after they were called due to me being a “problem.” What you don’t get to see is the actual assault due to security arriving afterwards and the hallway cameras not pointing into the wards due to privacy concerns.
I raised this as an assault with the police, but the PC who investigated it brushed it off without even requesting body cam footage of the security guards. It took me 4 months and legal threats to obtain the body cam footage you see in the video as they really didn’t want it released to the public.
I believe it is in the public’s best interest to know the type of toxic doctor this person is alongside his GMC number, I will also be uploading the hallway footage I have of the event as you can see the security left me to fall without providing me any support and left me outside of the hospital with no means of getting home in some of the worst pain I have ever experienced.
